4-star Georgia LB Anthony Davis Jr. commits Ole Miss over SEC, B1G finalists

Anthony Davis Jr. has found a home in Oxford.

The blue-chip linebacker from Georgia announced his commitment on Saturday. Davis verbally pledged to Ole Miss, choosing Lane Kiffin‘s program over Alabama, Michigan, Auburn and others.

Out of Loganville (Georgia) Grayson High School, Davis is listed as measuring 6-2 and 200 pounds. On the 247Sports Composite, Davis is rated 4-stars, the No. 30 linebacker, No. 47 player in the Peach State and No. 432 prospect overall in the Class of 2026.

Davis collected scholarship offers from 51 programs during his recruitment. Over 4 weekends, Davis visited Auburn (May 30), Ole Miss (June 6), Michigan (June 13) and Alabama (June 20). Davis sees a bright future ahead for the Rebels.
