A 4-star defensive tackle out of Louisiana is reopening his recruitment.

“I will be decommiting from LSU and reopening my recruitment!!” Live Oak DT Jalen Lee tweeted on Thursday night.

The 6-3, 294-pounder pledged to the Tigers on June 19, 2019. On the 247Sports Composite, Lee is rated the No. 14 Louisiana product, No. 29 defensive tackle and No. 321 prospect overall nationally for the 2020 class.

It wouldn’t be surprising to see Lee still land in the SEC. He has scheduled a visit to Ole Miss on Dec. 14. In addition to the Tigers and Rebels, his 17 scholarship offers include Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas A&M. Rivals reporter Sam Spiegelman tweeted, “Keep an eye out for Alabama here,” which Lee retweeted.

As for LSU, the Tigers’ 2020 class remains loaded with 24 commitments, including a whopping 19 Composite blue-chip recruits (3 five-stars, 16 four-stars).
