5 former SEC stars included among 10 fastest WRs in Madden NFL 23 ratings

Madden NFL 23 will be hitting shelves soon, and player ratings have been coming out this week.
On Tuesday, the speed ratings for the top 10 wide receivers in the game were released, and 5 former SEC standouts made the cut.
As you can see below, rookie Jameson Williams checked in at No. 2 in the ratings with an impressive 98. Jaylen Waddle (Alabama) and Mecole Hardman (Georgia) both had 97s, Anthony Schwartz (Auburn) had a 96 and DK Metcalf (Ole Miss) received a 95 rating in speed:

Tyreek Hill led all receivers with a 99 speed rating, which is no surprise based on the past few years of highlights.
We’ll see which SEC receivers crack the top 10 next year when the new version of Madden comes out.
