The 2020 NBA Draft will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 18, after being postponed a couple of different times.

When the draft finally does begin, though, there are going to be a handful of SEC standouts picked in the first round.

On Monday, CBS Sports analyst Matt Norlander updated his Round 1 projections. As you can see below, he has Georgia’s Anthony Edwards going No. 1 overall, followed by 4 other SEC stars:

  • No. 1 — Anthony Edwards, G, Georgia — Minnesota Timberwolves
  • No. 8 — Isaac Okoro, F, Auburn — New York Knicks
  • No. 10 — Aaron Nesmith, F, Vanderbilt — Phoenix Suns
  • No. 11 — Tyrese Maxey, G, Kentucky — San Antonio Spurs
  • No. 20 — Kira Lewis Jr., G, Alabama — Miami Heat

We’ll see how things play out later this month.
