Week 6 in the SEC featured lots of blowouts, but that didn’t take away from the excitement in a few games.

The top tier of the SEC continues to pull away from the rest of the pack, and in ESPN writer Chris Low’s updated top 25 power rankings, he mentions 5 teams from the conference.

Low has Alabama at No. 1 after another dominant performance, followed by 3 other SEC squads in the top 10:

  • No. 1 — Alabama
  • No. 5 — Georgia
  • No. 9 — Texas A&M
  • No. 10 — Florida
  • No. 19 — Auburn

Next weekend, Georgia and Florida square off in Jacksonville, so we’ll see which team is a legitimate Playoff contender out of the SEC East.
