5-star DT considering Ohio State, LSU sets announcement date

Rashard Lawrence is a 6’3″, 305-lb 5-star defensive tackle from Monroe, La., that could play football anywhere in the country. He’s narrowed down his choices to LSU and Ohio State, and now he’s let us know when we can expect a final answer.
According to his tweet form tonight, Lawrence will announce his decision on Jan. 22, 2016.

LSU is currently ranked No. 1 in team recruiting rankings, and Ohio State sits at No. 3 according to 247Sports. Should Urban Meyer and the Buckeyes snag Lawrence away from the hometown favorites, you might see the two teams flip in the rankings.
