The 2020 NBA Draft is scheduled for Nov. 18, and NBA teams are doing their homework on some of the top prospects.
On Wednesday, CBS Sports analyst Kyle Boone put together his latest mock draft, and he had 6 SEC standouts going in Round 1.
As you can see below, Boone had Georgia star Anthony Edwards leading the way at No. 2 overall:
- No. 2 — Anthony Edwards, G, Georgia — Golden State Warriors
- No. 10 — Isaac Okoro, F, Auburn — Phoenix Suns
- No. 13 — Aaron Nesmith, F, Vanderbilt — New Orleans Pelicans
- No. 14 — Kira Lewis Jr., G, Alabama — Boston Celtics
- No. 24 — Tyrese Maxey, G, Kentucky — Milwaukee Bucks
- No. 26 — Robert Woodard II, G, Mississippi State — Boston Celtics
We’ll see if any other SEC standouts work their way into the Round 1 mix by the time the draft takes place!
