We already know who the best team in the country is, hands down it’s the Georgia Bulldogs. But who the second-best team in the country is up for debate. Some think it’s Ohio State, others think Alabama is more deserving.
The discussion of who is the team more deserving of that ranking was a topic between former Georgia quarterback and CBS college football analyst Aaron Murray and Chris Childers on College Sports Sirius XM.
Through 11 weeks, Georgia has proven to be the #1 team in the country. But who is the 2nd best team in CFB?

Childers is reluctantly going with Ohio State saying, “I think I would say Ohio State, but I don’t feel good about it.”
Meanwhile, Murray made his case for the Crimson Tide.
“I trust Bryce Young more than C.J. Stroud,” he said of the quarterbacks. “I still think Alabama is the second-best team in the country.”
Murray admits the Crimson Tide has struggled at times this season, however, he thinks Alabama’s defense gives the Crimson Tide the slight edge.
