The American Football Coaches Association released its All-America team on Wednesday.

Six SEC players were honored, and given that there are no second or third team selections made by the organization, that’s a pretty good number.

SEC SELECTIONS FOR AFCA ALL-AMERICA TEAM

RB- Derrick Henry, Alabama
TE- Hunter Henry, Arkansas
C- Ryan Kelly, Alabama
DL- A’Shawn Robinson, Alabama
LB- Reggie Ragland, Alabama
DB- Vernon Hargreaves III, Florida

The conference had the more selections than any other, narrowly outnumbering the ACC six to five.
