It didn’t take long for Britton Colquitt to find a new NFL home.

The former Tennessee punter was released by the Cleveland Browns on Saturday. Sunday night, the Minnesota Vikings announced that they have signed Colquitt.

Colquitt has been in the NFL since 2009 and this will be just his third NFL team (on an active roster). He played in Denver for six seasons (2010-15) before being released after declining to accept a pay cut. The Cleveland Browns signed Colquitt in September of 2016. After three seasons in Cleveland, Colquitt was released this weekend. He has appeared in 144 games over nine seasons, averaging 45.5 yards per punt.
