After Florida’s 38-0 win over Towson, Dan Mullen addresses injury situation and October gauntlet

After reaching 2-0 in SEC play earlier this month, Florida got in a tuneup against FCS Towson on the last Saturday in September. The Gators won 38-0 to get to 5-0 in the 2019 campaign, but an October gauntlet awaits, starting with No. 7 Auburn at home in Week 6.
Second-year coach Dan Mullen is aware that the schedule is about to get a lot more challenging.
“We’ve taken care of business to this point. Now it’s going to go to a whole new level,” Mullen said in his postgame press conference.
Mullen also talked about the play from quarterbacks Kyle Trask and Emory Jones (as well as the offensive line), the injury situation moving forward and more. Here’s a sample of what he told reporters at The Swamp after Saturday’s game:
