Alabama Alumni Association honors Miss Terry with honorary membership

The most popular First Lady in SEC football picked up an honor on Friday thanks to the Alabama Alumni Association.
Alabama coach Nick Saban and his wife, Miss Terry, were given certificates of honorary alumni membership of the University of Alabama, as well as a $10,000 donation to the Nick’s Kids Foundation, 247 Sports reported.
Saban and Miss Terry received the honors at the first Nick at Noon luncheon on Friday at the Bryant Conference Center in Tuscaloosa.
Saban is in his 11th season as the coach at Alabama. He is 118-19 and has won four national championships and five SEC titles. He signed a three-year contract extension in May through Jan. 31, 2025.
A former newspaper veteran, Keith Farner is a news manager for Saturday Down South.
