Tucker is a North Carolina native and played for William Amos Hough High School. As a recruit, he was originally a 3-star ATH on the 247Sports Composite. The official website of the Tar Heels lists Tucker at 6-2, 248 pounds.
Alabama now has two tight ends in its 2020 class. Archbishop Hoban TE Caden Clark signed with Tide in December.
