Alabama lands commitment from No. 1 JUCO player in 2023 class

Alabama is no stranger to bringing in wide receivers from the transfer portal.
But, on Tuesday, the Crimson Tide went a different route to land a receiver with experience. This time, the Tide turned to the JUCO ranks for a receiver.
As you can see below, 4-star JUCO WR Malik Benson, who plays for Hutchinson Community College in Kansas, took to Twitter to reveal he was committing to Alabama’s 2023 class:

Per the 247Sports rankings, Benson is the No. 1 player in the JUCO ranks. He’s the No. 1 JUCO receiver and No. 1 JUCO player from the state of Kansas.
The Crimson Tide now have 11 players in their 2023 recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 19 nationally, per 247Sports.
