Alabama re-takes lead over Michigan in 4th quarter of Rose Bowl with Jase McClellan TD
Alabama re-gained the lead over Michigan early in the 4th quarter on Monday night in the Rose Bowl.
Quarterback Jalen Milroe made several big runs on the drive, including an 18-yard scamper to convert a 2nd and 15. On the next play, Jase McClellan found the end zone from 4 yards out to give the Tide a 17-13 lead over Michigan.

This 55-yard drive was Alabama’s longest drive of the game so far. The Tide also had a 52-yard field goal drive to end the first half. Overall, this TD drive took 8 plays to complete and took 4:14 off the clock.
The Tide found the end zone only one time prior, which came off of a short field after Michigan muffed a punt. The Tide also kicked a field goal at the end of the 1st half, but otherwise have struggled offensively in this game.
Alabama is looking to make it back to the College Football Playoff championship game for the first time since the 2022 season.
