Alabama safety signee Caleb Downs has been a plenty impressive prospect throughout his high school career, and he continued to show just why that is on Friday during the All-American Bowl. It was during that showcase that he snagged an eye-catching interception off of Louisville quarterback signee Pierce Clarkson.

Here’s a look at the play:

Downs was named the All-American Bowl Plater of the Year after the Hoschton (Ga.) Mill Creek product totaled 83 tackles, 10 pass breakups, 5 interceptions, 2 pick-sixes, 1 fumble recovery and caught 36 passes for 422 yards and 3 touchdowns, 57 carries for 389 yards and 20 touchdowns.

The 5-star defensive back is the No. 1 safety in the country, the No. 1 overall prospect in the state of Georgia and the No. 6 player in the nation for the Class of 2023.
