Alabama wide receiver Thaiu Jones-Bell is no longer listed on the program’s online roster.

Jones-Bell was on Alabama’s roster as recently as SEC Media Days last month. He is not able to officially enter the transfer portal until the transfer window opens in December.

Jones-Bell was set to enter his 4th season with the Crimson Tide. However, he never found his way into Alabama’s receiver rotation. He caught 4 passes across 3 campaigns for Alabama.

Last season, he caught 1 pass for 5 yards. His lone reception of 2022 came against Vanderbilt. He also caught passes against New Mexico State and Arkansas during his time in Tuscaloosa.

He was a 4-star recruit in the class of 2020. He was the No. 105 overall player and the No. 17 receiver in the country for that cycle, per 247Sports Composite rankings.

Jones-Bell is originally from Florida. He attended Miami Carol City High School before joining the Crimson Tide.

Jones-Bell will have multiple years of eligibility remaining at his next destination.

Alabama begins fall camp on Thursday with a deep roster of wide receivers. The Crimson Tide will open their season against Middle Tennessee on Sept. 2.
