Former Alabama WR Amari Cooper knows what this group of Crimson Tide players may be going through better than anyone not on the roster for tonight’s championship game.

The No. 4 pick of the 2015 NFL Draft won a national championship with Crimson Tide during his freshman season, but he was also a member of the 2014 team that lost to Ohio State in the College Football Playoff semifinals.

Needless to say, he and the rest of last year’s Crimson Tide team members felt like there was unfinished business left on the field.

Many of those same players will be taking the field tonight to attempt to finish that business.

Cooper is in attendance, and came bearing gifts:

Notice the personalized message he had for his former teammates: “Finish strong. Beat Clemson!”

Those aren’t cheap headphones either, people. It was a very nice gesture.
