Class of 2023 offensive lineman Amari Smith announced Saturday night that he would be committing to Mississippi State. The 6-foot-7 lineman out of Brookhaven High School in Mississippi chose the Bulldogs over Ole Miss and Alcorn State.
Smith is Mississippi State’s 21st commit of the 2023 cycle.

Smith is considered to be the No. 55 offensive lineman in the country by 247Sports. He’s also considered to be the No. 7 player from the state of Mississippi and the No. 795 player in the nation.
This is Mississippi State’s 5th offensive line commit in the 2023 cycle.
