Dan Skipper isn’t the only former Arkansas player who took to Twitter to voice concerns about Chad Morris and the rest of the Razorbacks’ current coaching staff on Saturday.
After Arkansas’ 45-19 home loss to Western Kentucky, former Razorbacks wide receiver Jared Cornelius shared his opinion in a tweet:
AMEN! This is NOT a player problem. 4 out of the 5 years I was at the UofA. I honestly felt like I improved my game in 1 or more areas. Year 5 that wasn’t the case. These coaches are good guys just not sure if they know how to develops players and come up with game plans. https://t.co/ChBtObATrZ

Cornelius played at Arkansas from 2014-18. His first four seasons — he was limited to three games in 2017 due to injury — came under former Razorbacks head coach Bret Bielema. Then, Morris took over prior to the 2018 season.
Arkansas didn’t fare well during Cornelius’ final season and Morris’ first. The Razorbacks went 2-10, which included losing all eight of their games against SEC opponents. They’re on a similar track this year, as they’re 2-8 after Saturday’s loss and are 0-6 in conference play.
The recent losses have brought questions about Morris’ future and whether Arkansas will decide to make a change at the top. If it was left up to these former Razorbacks players voicing their opinions, then they’d likely support the program going in a new direction.
