Arch Manning stands to be ‘biggest winner’ under new Louisiana NIL guidelines

Arch Manning has received major attention as his college decision date draws closer. As it stands, Alabama, followed by Texas, Georgia, and Ole Miss, are projected by On3 to be the leaders for his services, but that’s by no means official as recruiting takes several twists and turns along the way.
In the midst of all this, Manning’s popularity stands to make him significant cash even before he begins his senior year of high school. The Louisiana High School Athletic Association on Thursday voted to include within its bylaws provisions to allow student-athletes to receive name, image, and likeness benefits. It has also hired a company, Eccker Sports, to help guide student-athletes on NIL decisions.
As college football insider Bruce Feldman notes, Manning, who plays for Isidore Newman School in New Orleans, could be the primary beneficiary of the new guidelines:
Louisiana student-athletes are now cleared to get NIL deals in high school. As one source points out, "Without question, the biggest winner is Arch Manning."

We’ll see how much of a financial benefit Manning will get as a result, but needless to say, it’ll be substantial. And those benefits will only grow when he steps on campus of the college of his choice.
