LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels has made some strides and earned some recognition as he’s developed as a pure passer, facing yet another in-conference test as the Ole Miss Rebels come to town on Saturday.
Former Ole Miss signal-caller Archie Manning recently gave his thoughts on Daniels as a player and what he brings to the table ahead of the matchup in his appearance on The Jordy Culotta Show.
“I’ve got to say that I’m impressed with Daniels and the job he’s done… not an easy job for him to transfer and come in and he’s competing with the other guys and I think he’s really done a good job.”
He also noted the amount of confidence Daniels seems to be playing with.
“It’s looks to me like he (Jayden Daniels) is gaining confidence as he plays also.”
