It’s no secret that Saturday’s game against Florida will likely be the last time Leonard Fournette plays in Tiger Stadium. LSU ends the season on the road at Texas A&M, and Fournette is presumed to forego his senior season to enter the NFL Draft.

LSU LB Arden Key, a sophomore, thinks Fournette deserves to be honored alongside the seniors playing in their final home game.

Tigers interim coach Ed Orgeron told reporters Monday that he plans to “recruit” the juniors who could be leaving for the NFL Draft. With Fournette having bought an insurance policy pertaining to his draft status, it seems highly unlikely that he will return to Baton Rouge to risk another year of injury.

Fournette has missed three games this season due to an ankle injury. When he has played, Fournette has rushed for 803 yards and 8 touchdowns on 117 carries.
