Murfreesboro, Tenn. CB Adonis Otey pledged to Arkansas on Aug. 1, 2018, but on Wednesday’s National Signing Day, he changed his mind.

The Rivals 4-star recruit announced he is heading out west and signing with USC. Signs of Otey looking elsewhere were certainly there when he did not sign with the Razorbacks during December’s Early Signing Period. He recently took official visits to Ole Miss and USC.

Minus Otey, the Hogs still have 26 commitments in a 2019 class with a Composite ranking of No. 22 nationally.

On the 247Sports Composite, Otey is rated the No. 17 Tennessee product, No. 53 cornerback and No. 533 recruit overall nationally.
