Arkansas DE arrested early Sunday morning

Arkansas rising sophomore defensive end Tevin Beanum was arrested early Sunday morning for failure to dim headlights, DWI and illegal possession of alcohol, according to the Washington County Detention Center website. He’s 20 years old.

According to the arrest report, police pulled Beanum over after he failed to dim his headlights, and they found an open bottle of Brandy in the backseat.

The 6-foot-4, 270-pound Forest City, Arkansas, native played in 12 of the Hogs’ 13 games and recorded 11 total tackles in 2014. Beanum is set to appear in Fayetteville District Court Monday morning.
