Arkansas lands commitment from Louisiana QB/WR

Arkansas received its eighth commitment for the recruiting class of 2017 on Saturday afternoon when Louisiana athlete DeVion Warren announced his verbal pledge to the Razorbacks via Twitter:

Warren (5-foot-10, 170 pounds), who plays quarterback for his high school team, projects to be a wide receiver at the college level. 247Sports ranks him as a 3-star prospect and the No. 32 overall recruit in his state.


With Warren’s commitment, Arkansas now has the No. 28-ranked class in the nation (No. 8 in the SEC).

Between his ability to pass and run, Warren totaled 2,388 yards and 27 touchdowns during the 2015 season. You can check out his junior highlights in the video provided below:
