Sam Pittman’s transition class at Arkansas continues to come together. The Razorbacks picked up a pledge from New Orleans safety Nick Turner on Friday.
Listed at 5-11, 177 pounds, Turner is rated 3-stars, the No. 25 Louisiana product, No. 48 safety and No. 656 prospect overall nationally for the 2020 class on the 247Sports Composite. The Brother Martin product had committed to Georgia Tech on June 13, 2019, but backed off that pledge to the Yellow Jackets on Dec. 2. Aside from Arkansas and Georgia Tech, Turner had 13 other scholarship offers, including Tennessee.

Arkansas signed nine players during last month’s Early Signing Period. The Hogs now have three more players pledged ahead of February’s National Signing Day. The class is currently ranked No. 13 in the SEC and No. 58 nationally on the Composite.
