Keisean Nixon, a three-star 2017 JUCO cornerback from Arizona Western, announced his final four schools on Sunday.
In addition to California, Colorado State and Iowa State, the Arkansas Razorbacks made the cut, according to wholehogsports.com.
Nixon intercepted five passes and broke up four others for Arizona Western last season. He also forced a fumble and had a fumble recovery.
Nixon, a 6-foot, 200-pound California native, is the No. 3 JUCO cornerback in the class of 2017 and the No. 4 JUCO recruit from the state of California, according to 247Sports.
Nixon will announce his commitment on Aug. 1.
