Frank Ragnow is up for an impressive award this season.
The star OL for the Arkansas Razorbacks was having another strong year before an ankle injury sidelined him. He will be out for the rest of the year, but he was still nominated for a prestigious award recently.
The Razorbacks announced Tuesday that Ragnow is a semifinalist for the Jason Witten Collegiate Man of the Year Award. This will be the first year the award is given.

Witten played three years at Tennessee before going on to become one of the best TEs in the NFL. He finished his Volunteers career with 68 catches, 797 receiving yards, and 7 TDs. Witten was also named the 2012 NFL Walter Payton Man of the Year.
According to the award website, the award is meant to honor a player who exhibits leadership on and off the field:
Presented annually to the Division I college football player who has demonstrated a record of leadership by exhibiting exceptional courage, integrity and sportsmanship both on and off the field.
