Arkansas players discuss the transition from Bret Bielema to Chad Morris after start of spring practice

While acknowledging his love and respect for coach Bret Bielema, even offensive lineman Hjalte Froholdt admits he understands why a change was made in Fayetteville from the coach that recruited him to Chad Morris. With a couple of practices with Morris now under their belts, the Razorback players can now speak on the actual transition on the field to their new head coach.
During their weekend media availability, several Arkansas players discussed their initial thoughts of what Morris and his coaching staff are looking to accomplish on the field. So far, the early returns all seem to be positive from Bielema’s former players in regards to their new coach Chad Morris.
Even the defensive players offered up complimentary comments on the switch to Morris. In what should come as no surprise, all the players reference the speed and energy Morris brings to the Razorback program.
