Arkansas QB Austin Allen left Saturday’s loss at Auburn after taking a shot to the knee from Tigers DE Carl Lawson.

Though many said the hit from Lawson was dirty, Allen cleared the air on Tuesday, saying he doesn’t see it that way:

Dirty or not, Arkansas coach Bret Bielema doesn’t want his starting quarterback taking many more big hits like that this season.

Fortunately for the Hogs, it appears Allen won’t miss any more time with the injury:

Arkansas has a bye this week before hosting Florida on Saturday, Nov. 5.
