The talented guard transfer also contributed 3.8 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game this season. He shot 32.6% from 3-point range on 4.3 attempts per contest.
Taylor has already been linked to a number of high-major programs, including NC State, Virginia Tech and Oklahoma. However, it’s a good sign for the Razorbacks that he’s traveling to Fayetteville for a visit this weekend.
Arkansas in the midst of revamping its back court for the 2023-24 season. The Hogs are expected to lose both Nick Smith Jr. and Anthony Black to the NBA Draft. Ricky Council has also announced his departure as he starts a pro career.
The Razorbacks do have one transfer commitment already from former Washington guard Keyon Menifield. It’s possible Taylor and Menifield could start alongside each other in Arkansas’ back court next season.
Arkansas is also bringing in 5-star point guard commit Layden Blocker this offseason.
Taylor is listed at 6-foot-4. He just finished his sophomore season and has 2 years of eligibility remaining.
