Hampton attends Florida High School in Tallahassee, Fla. He’s listed at 6-foot-2, 190 pounds.
He’s become a top target for several of the best programs in the country. In addition to his finalists, he’s picked up offers this spring from programs such as Tennessee, Michigan State, Alabama and Oklahoma, amongst others.
Hampton is the No. 822 overall player and the No. 79 safety in the country for the class of 2024, per 247Sports Composite rankings. However, given his growing offer list, Hampton could be a candidate to rise up the rankings in the coming months as the major recruiting services have more chances to evaluate his game.
