A local product out of Opelika (Alabama) High School, Autry’s listed measurements have him at over 6-5 and 320 pounds. On the 247Sports Composite, Autry is rated 4-stars, the No. 7 player in the state of Alabama, No. 12 defensive lineman and No. 91 prospect overall in the Class of 2025.
Though he’s in Auburn’s backyard, Autry drew interest from coast to coast. He picked up scholarship offers from 20 programs during his recruitment, including Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon, Tennessee and Texas A&M. His campus visits included Florida, Ohio State and USC.
Autry is part of a loaded 2025 class for Auburn. Hugh Freeze and his staff have 27 prospects verbally committed, giving AU the No. 5 class in the nation according to the Composite rankings.
