Auburn DB Marshall Taylor, a graduate transfer from Miami (Ohio) University, still wasn’t with the Tigers at their third fall practice session on Friday.
When asked about the player’s absence, Auburn defensive coordinator Kevin Steele avoided the question:
“That’s a question for the head coach,” Steele said.
As Taylor continues to miss practice, media members are only going to ask about his status more often.
Gus Malzahn and his staff need to provide more than non-answers if they want reporters off their backs.
