The bad news keeps coming for the Auburn offense.

On Tuesday, it was revealed that senior WR Marcus Davis was dealing with a shoulder injury and would miss the Tigers’ last two regular season games.

According to AL.com, Auburn coach Gus Malzahn is upset that Davis’s career will end this way:

“He’s one of our leaders,” Malzahn said of Davis. “He’s a super human being. Great character. That’s a tough blow. That’s a really tough blow.”

However, there’s still a chance that Davis could return for Auburn’s bowl game. That remains to be seen, but Malzahn is hoping to see Davis in a Tiger uniform one last time before graduation.
