Auburn wide receiver Eric Singleton Jr. has decided to enter the transfer portal, according to a report.

Singleton previously was expected to enter the 2026 NFL Draft, but instead will return to the college game with another program next fall. That news was first shared by CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz and Chris Hummer on Friday afternoon.

That means all 3 of Auburn‘s top receivers from the 2025 season are now in the transfer portal looking for new opportunities. Cam Coleman and Malcolm Simmons previously announced their plans to enter the portal.

Singleton was a big transfer addition for Auburn last offseason after he had a breakout year at Georgia Tech in 2024. Auburn’s passing woes this fall made it difficult for Singleton to stand out and he finished the year with 58 catches for 534 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Auburn coach Alex Golesh has already begun rebuilding the Tigers’ wide receiver room via the portal. Former South Florida receiver Keshaun Singleton announced his commitment to Auburn earlier this week. He’s 1 of 5 USF receivers who have committed to Auburn so far.

Auburn is expected to continue pursuing talent in the transfer portal over the coming weeks.
