Auburn’s Mustapha Heron announces he is leaving school to declare for the NBA Draft

Mustapha Heron’s time on The Plains has come to an end.
The Auburn sophomore announced his intentions to leave school for the upcoming NBA Draft. He intends to sign with an agent, meaning he cannot return to school should he change his mind. Heron led Auburn in scoring last season with 16.4 points per game on 43.9 percent shooting.
Heron also became only the fifth player in program history 1,000 points in each of his first two seasons.
