You can add another name to the list of Tennessee players in the NCAA transfer portal as linebacker Austin Smith is now listed in the portal.
Offensive lineman Drew Richmond and tight end Eli Wolf are both also listed in the transfer portal. Linebacker Jordan Allen was at one point listed in the portal but pulled his name out and has decided to stay at Tennessee.
Smith is a recent addition to the portal and is listed as such in 247Sports’ transfer portal database. Smith was a junior last season and saw minimal action in the first season of the Jeremy Pruitt era, appearing in just the first three games of 2018. In 2017, he appeared in six games but did not register any statistics.
Smith was a three-star member of Tennessee’s 2015 signing class out of Buford, Ga. He was rated as the nation’s No. 41 outside linebacker coming out of high school.
