Breland is the No. 38 player nationally, the No. 6 defensive lineman nationally and the No. 3 player in the country according to 247Sports composite. If Breland commits to Georgia, he will join what is already the No. 1 recruiting class in the nation for 2024. Georgia has 3 5-star commits for the 2024 class and 15 4-star commits.
Standing at 6-foot-5 and 290 pounds, Breland would bring a physical presence to Georgia’s already dominant defensive unit.
Georgia is hoping to win Breland over before his commitment, and a dominant win over Auburn this week could do a lot for landing him. The Bulldogs have had a dominant start as they continue their quest for a 3rd-straight national championship, and picking up a recruit like Breland could keep Georgia’s streak of success going for even longer.
