One of the most well-known drills in football at any level is the Oklahoma drill.

Man-on-man, it typically draws yelps from teammates and snarls from coaches as it’s one of the more basic forms of sheer strength on display.

As preseason camp ramps up, Auburn put its version on full display on Wednesday as teams across the SEC strapped on full pads today for the first time at fall camp. Set to “Who Want That Smoke” by Lil Yachty, Cardi B and Offset, the video montage features “Arrr!” and “Pow!” as players got after it. After all, crackling shoulder pads and helmets are the surest sounds of the preseason playlist.

It’s just another sign that actual football games are only days away.
