The Missouri offense had a strong season with QB Drew Lock leading the way, and head coach Barry Odom announced Tuesday that TEs coach Joe Jon Finley will be calling the plays for the Texas Bowl.

Josh Heupel produced big results as OC of the Tigers during 2016 and 2017. Heupel utilized a high-powered offensive attack that found its groove this season and produced a six-game winning streak down the stretch. Unfortunately for the Tigers, Heupel left to take the UCF head coaching job after the regular season.

The Tigers will have a tough time replacing Heupel, but Odom officially announced that Finley will call the offense during the bowl game. Finley has previous stops at Oklahoma and Baylor on his resume after playing TE at Oklahoma and in the NFL.
