Basketball school? Alabama fan brings sign to Kentucky game hyping Tide hoops

The Alabama Crimson Tide just won a football national championship earlier this month, beating Ohio State in the College Football Playoff title game.
But, now the attention is on the men’s basketball team, which entered Tuesday night’s home game against Kentucky with a 13-3 overall record and an 8-0 SEC mark.
So, is it time to start calling Alabama a basketball school? Well, that’s what one fan is suggesting with his sign at the game:

Of course, football fans will get upset about this, but it’s clearly just a light-hearted joke. Of course Alabama is still a football school.
But, it has been a great start for the basketball program, and we’ll see how long the Tide can keep it going.
