It seems that Hugh Freeze can’t escape his past, especially in Baton Rouge.
Ahead of the matchup between Auburn and LSU, a Mexican restaurant in Baton Rouge had a message for Freeze. It was reported in 2017 that Freeze made at least a dozen calls to an escort service for his own personal use while at Ole Miss.
The sign read:
“Hugh Freeze- We’d love to escort you around town.”
There’s nothing like some banter between fanbases before gameday.
LSU got the better of Auburn last season in a 21-17 win at Jordan-Hare Stadium. The Bayou Bengals snapped a two-game losing streak to the Tigers with that win.
Whether or not Freeze will see the sign on his way into town is unknown, but you’ve gotta credit LSU fans for getting creative.
LSU is 4-2 with Auburn at 3-2 as Freeze is still looking for his first SEC win. Kickoff will be at 7 p.m. ET live from Baton Rouge.
