Blowout loss forces Mizzou out of AP, Coaches Top 25 polls

In what amounts to adding salt to the wound, Missouri is now unranked in both the Amway Coaches and Associated Press Top 25 polls after a huge defeat at the hands of the Georgia Bulldogs.

Certainly, it’s not a surprising consequence for the Tigers, who failed to show up to yesterday’s game against Georgia. Missouri was blown out 34-0 in front of its home crowd, and frankly, looked miserable in nearly every aspect of the game.
With the loss, Georgia now remains the only SEC East team currently ranked.

There are six SEC teams altogether ranked in both major polls.
Missouri will have a chance to redeem itself with a road test at The Swamp next weekend against the Florida Gators.
