Bo Nix struggles again vs. Georgia with 2 interceptions in first half
By Keith Farner

Bo Nix struggled again against Georgia, and it was a largely similar performance as previous games, as Auburn-turned-Oregon quarterback came into Saturday with an 0-3 record as a starting quarterback against Georgia in his career.
Nix had 2 interceptions by midway through the second quarter, and Georgia converted both turnovers into touchdowns.
Nix finished 16-for-24 passing for 142 yards and the 2 interceptions. He also had 3 carries for 14 yards.
On the second interception, ABC analyst Todd Blackledge said “this one is on him” and then circled Christopher Smith on the telestrator, who made the interception against Nix.
“Defenders have their eye on the quarterback not the receivers and he was just reading the quarterback’s eyes the entire way,” Blackledge said.

For those who have watched Nix against Georgia, this is nothing new. Last season, for example, Nix struggled, completing 21-of-38 passes for 217 yards with 1 pick and no touchdowns. He was also sacked 4 times and finished with negative-16 rushing yards.
Here’s a sample of some of the reaction to Nix’ first-half performance:
Georgia should retire Bo Nix’s jersey.

Objectively, y’all can’t be real if you thought Bo Nix was gonna be a different guy just because he moved thousands of miles across the country

Nothing wrong with Bo Nix’s 1st interception. Just a great defensive play.
But the 2nd INT?? Absolutely awful. Yuck.

Bo Nix is exactly who we thought he was against a UGA defense.

I think Bo Nix is trying to help make sure the SEC stays on top. Playing like he never left.
