Brady Cook and the Mizzou offense is doing all that it can to keep the Tigers in the fight against No. 5 Tennessee Saturday in Knoxville.

In the middle of the 3rd quarter, Cook threw a beautiful ball, hitting Dominic Lovett in stride for a 38-yard touchdown.

The score trimmed Tennessee’s lead from 11 points to just 4 points after the extra point made it 28-24. Unfortunately, for Mizzou, it didn’t last long.

The Vols were able to get the lead back to double-digits, with a big play to make it 35-24.

Cook is 12-of-21 for 159 yards and 2 touchdowns. Lovett leads Mizzou with 4 catches. He has 47 yards. Tauskie Dove has 49 receiving yards.

The game is airing on CBS.
