Brandon Miller’s draft stock is uncertain in the hours leading up to the 2023 NBA Draft.
Scoot Henderson is now the betting favorite to be the No. 2 overall pick in Thursday’s draft. As of publication, Henderson is a -320 favorite on DraftKings after beginning the day at +250.
This comes just 1 day after ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported that Miller had “further solidified” his status as the Hornets’ target at No. 2 overall with a workout this week.
Here’s a timeline of the betting market for the No. 2 overall pick over the past few days:

Miller is attempting to become Alabama’s first top-2 draft pick since Antonio McDyess in 1995.
If Miller slips past Charlotte, he would be the favorite to be picked by the Portland Trailblazers at No. 3 overall. He would team up with All-NBA guard Damian Lillard as well as last year’s lottery pick, Shaedon Sharpe, as the Blazers build for the future.
The NBA Draft begins at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday night.
