Mississippi’s No. 1 prospect, 4-star running back Branson Robinson, announces college commitment
The No. 1 overall prospect from Mississippi just announced his college commitment and it was great news for Kirby Smart’s Georgia program.
Four-star running back Branson Robinson just announced his commitment to the Bulldogs over Tennessee, Ole Miss, Mississippi State and Michigan, among other scholarship offers.
The 5-foot-10, 220-pound Madison, Miss., native is rated as the No. 4 running back prospect in the country and a top 50 overall prospect in the 2022 recruiting cycle by 247Sports Composite Rankings.
The Germantown High School standout announced his decision at a commitment ceremony on Thursday:

Following this news, Georgia now holds commitments from 12 prospects in the 2022 recruiting cycle.
