What Bret Bielema said following the Razorbacks blowout loss to South Carolina
By Paul Harvey

Head coach Bret Bielema would probably like a do-over for Saturday’s game.
The Razorbacks put up a disappointing on both sides of the ball in the 48-22 loss to the Gamecocks. Senior QB Austin Allen was ineffective for much of the game with just 84 yards passing. Arkansas also turned the ball over four times and allowed the Gamecocks to return three of the turnovers for touchdowns.
The hot seat for Bielema will only get hotter as the Hogs remain winless in the SEC. Competition will only get stiffer for Arkansas as the Razorbacks will travel to Tuscaloosa to take on No. 1 Alabama next week.
Here is what Bielema had to say after the game:
Bielema: Obviously disappointed. Disappointed for players, fans that support us. Thought we had a good week.

Bielema: huge momentum swing before the end of the half. Third quarter probably one of the more frustrating I've ever been a part of.

Bielema: I thought out guys did compete. Kelley came in and did some stuff that was positive. Austin wasn't cleared to go anymore.

Bielema says “when we can’t run the ball effectively” everything falls apart for Arkansas #Gamecocks

Bielema: as coaches we have to do a better job to put them in position. We didn't have any answers. Meat of our schedule coming up. We know the things what we have to work on.

Bielema: Cole came in and did some good stuff. If Austin can go, he'll be the guy but Cole got some valuable work today.

Bielema says David Williams was excited to play at SC “not for negative reasons, for positive reasons” #Gamecocks
